Indeed, our collection consists of thousands of items, and it would be unrealistic to pretend showing all of them online. Zone de Texte: Interfilière september 2009 Paris Porte de Versailles n° 3 H 76 Zone de Texte: As every year our company will be exhibiting at the Paris Interfilière show from 5 to 7 of september 2009. The exhibition takes place in halls Zone de Texte: 2 and 3 together with the mode City fair. Our booth is positioned on the passageway between the 2 halls, which makes easy your visit to us. Zone de Texte: Booth n°3 H 76. We present our novelties and the basis of our collection. Zone de Texte: The REACH Regulation has come into effect and we can confirm that Santoul is implementing the actions necessary to comply with the requirements of this new European legislation governing the selection and use of chemicals. The pre-registration We do not manufacture substances or import substances from outside the EU. In addition, according to the regulations, the products we manufacture or market are classified as articles which do not contain substances which can be released under normal or reasonably foreseeable use. Accordingly, Santoul is regarded as a downstream user and has no obligation to pre-register their products, this remains the responsibility of producers or importers of chemicals. However, in order to safeguard our obligations with regard to the REACH regulations, and to ensure the sustainability of our production, we began an evaluation process with our suppliers, which have given us the assurance that their intention is to pre-register all chemicals they produce or import and / or Zone de Texte: get the same assurance from their suppliers. On these bases, we arte able to guarantee there will be no disruption of supply while maintaining compliance with the regulations. Substances of concern One of the requirements of REACH is that any supplier of articles has a duty to inform the recipient of the article on the presence of substances of very high concern if the concentration is more than the threshold of 0.1% mass / mass. The list of substances of concern is published by the European Chemicals Agency and is available on its website http://echa.europa.eu/consultation/autorisation/svhc/svhc_cons_en.asp) The initial list was established in October 2008. We have consulted with all of our suppliers and to date, none of our suppliers have reported the presence of any such substances. It remains possible that trace quantities or impurities of these substances are present incidentally in raw materials or the material.
